“The contact owns a 2006 Lexus SC430. While driving at 70 MPH, the volume and the cruise control on the steering wheel were activated and the radio and navigation failed to function. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 33,000.”
