“I purchased the 2000 Lincoln LS in november 2002. I have had break trouble at the cost of $1000. In the past two weeks, I have been informed that the car has had catostrophic damage and would be better off buying a new engine. I'm highly concerned about this occurrence and request an immediate resolution to my concerns.”

I was not near the car at the time when this happened. After examing the jack ,the jack was bent in half .
