“This is my 3rd Ford/Lincoln vehicles that I have needed to replace ALL lugnuts due to 'swollen' lugnuts! I assure you that I am not soaking them in water. Give me a break. Make them address this issue already. I put in a complaint to NHTA for my prior vehicle without resolution. 200-300 dollars to replace. Lincoln complaint desk acknowledges the common complaint and only say that it has been brought to upper managements attention. We all are aware that they will do nothing about it until their hand is pressed! …”
