“The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln MKT equipped with Nokian Tires, Tire Line: Nokian One HT, Tire Size: 255/45/R20, DOT Number: T431312. While the contact's wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was driving abnormally rough. The contact stated that upon inspecting the vehicle, the contact became aware that all four tires had cracks in the center tread. The contact stated that some of the cracks were excessive. The vehicle was taken to the independent mechanic where the tires were purchased, and all four tires were replaced. The tire failure mileage was approximately 30,000. …”
