“The vehicle was in our garage with the door closed and the rear hatch window shattered. The window is completely shattered with two softball sized holes where the glass was blown out onto the garage floor. No one was in the car nor the garage when this happened and there were no items in the car that could have caused the damage. We have not moved the vehicle hoping Lincoln would care enough to come and see what has happened. They told us they would not send anyone to view the window. The concern is that this is a safety issue that could possibly injure a passenger. …”

I really think that the manufacture done properly on the sunroof I was not using the sunroof because it’s cold outside !”
