2019: “With less than 700 miles on the new car, my instrument cluster went black. I took it to the selling dealer who kept it for several days and said they couldn't replicate the issue. I was informed when they returned my car that when they first started the car my issue was not there. We received several text message warning from Lincoln. Photo attached.”

NHTSA complaint #11245842, filed 2019-08, 700 miles

2022: “The transmission jerks at low speeds between 10mph-60mph. Has been duplicated at Lincoln dealership. A torque converter was replaced , but did not correct problem. I know that there is a class action suit for this problem for 2019-2021 it needs to add the 2022 suv also. Lincoln paid for parts , I paid labor . Total repair was 2200$”

NHTSA complaint #11722407, filed 2026-03

2025: “Backing out of a parking stall at the store and as I was moving, two pedestrians walked behind the vehicle and no alert sounded in the vehicle while backing up, nor did the vehicle brake as it should to avoid hitting them. Vehicle was in electric mode and I did not notice if the rear beeper was operating at the time or not.”
