Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The lane keeping system on the Lincoln Navigator L is very heavily “right handed”and hugs the right line while cruise control is active. The lane centering over corrects and bounces off of the center line and right hand side lanes on two lane highways. This caused me to strike a mailbox and chase $7k worth damage to repair. The dealership and Lincoln customer service has been inattentive to my concerns despite the repeated professional complaints. I believe the radar and sensors are out of collaboration and require techinical support”
