NHTSA complaint #11759688, filed 2026-08“The contact owns a 2018 Livin' Lite Camplite. The contact stated that the welding that attached the tongue of the trailer to the frame had fractured. The contact had taken the vehicle to a welding shop however, the vehicle was not repaired. The contact had not taken the vehicle to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and opened a case regarding the failure. The approximate failure mileage was unknown.”

The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 18v643000 (structure) and stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The local dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the transportation fees would be at the owner's expense. The contact was referred to a local dealer. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
