Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My vehicle went in for a 2 year service and a few safety recalls. Since the service, it is very difficult to ensure that the front doors are closed, even when slammed shut. Additionally, the vehicle has shifted itself into park at very low speed (less than 1 MPH) from both the d and r gears. Lastly, when exiting the vehicle, power does not turn off fully, even when the doors are locked and keys are outside of the car.”
