“Both sun visors have cracked and do not stay up in place. They fall down while driving causing you to not be able to see. I took the vehicle into the dealership, and was told this seems to be an issue with many of the owners with this vehicle. I also called Mazda's headquarters in ca, and was told that a recall was not issued and that I should report this to your agency.”
