“The contact owns a 2007 Mercury Montego. The contact stated that the front driver side seat belt hesitated to unlatch intermittently. In addition, after the driver side seat belt was unlatched, it no longer latched into place. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 169,000.”
