Example complaints

Engine cooling: “1. I was unloading a few things from the back of car. 2. The failure is that the stock Mini cooper s tailpipe extend beyond the rear bumper which is right where you have to stand to access the trunk. The consequences are that I got a big circular burn on my calf when I leaned in to grab something. 3. What can I do to correct this? It's a stock part / design that's never been recalled and is still for sale.”

This could be dangerous as a driver could inadvertently rest his foot on the wall, and be surprised by the extreme heat, jerk their foot away and possible hit the gas pedal.”

Car lunged forward into intersection and a lot of effort had to be applied to brake to keed car from going any further. Driver grabbed gear shifter and shifted to neutral and having slipped into reverse. Engine RPM then subsided and vehicle was then driven 14 miles with no further incidence.”
