“My Mini Cooper needs recall work done. I am in billings, mt and 392 miles from the closest certified place to get it repaired. I can't travel that far in a 2002 vehicle with high miles during a pandemic. I am a senior citizen and have issues that do not allow me to travel that far. I am stuck with a vehicle that may have a potential steering issue with no way to resolve it. I now can't sell this vehicle either because it would be morally wrong to pass this problem on to a new owner. I can't afford this kind of safety and financial problem. …”
