I didn't think much of it and had it replaced with an identical tire at a local station for approximately $125. In december 1998 I had another blowout while driving to work and while I did not have an accident it was close. I had an identical replacement installed for around $110. In march of this year I noticed a golf ball size knot on one of the two remaining original tires. …”
