“It hesitates on take off , drivers window is stuttering. Had electrical system flash on and off , time of day changes to daylight saving by itself , pulls to the right upon braking. Acceleration is awful . Jerks while changing gears. Most of this is at stopping,or taking off from stop . City driving . On cold mornings it also rides hard on wheels and highway is hesitant. Try's to stall. At 70 miles a hour. Does not heat car adequately. This at 20 degrees.”

The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the steering wheel would turn at 360 degrees in either direction, with an abnormal sound coming from the steering wheel. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to an unknown dealer and was informed that they were unaware of such a failure before and offered no assistance. …”
