“On 25 september 2008, my motorhome a 2004 monaco Cayman right rear brake caught on fire the shoe assembly, hub rotor assembly, axle seal had to be replaced due to a overheated brake, the cost for this repair was $2506.12. On 16 september 2010 the right rear brake was smoking and the rotor, caliber and shoes had to be replaced. The concern is that the calibers are overheating on workhorse chasiss recall number 09v110000 and Monaco Coach recall 02v278000 use the same calibers. The issue is the 2004,2005 monaco rr4r chasiss have not been in the bosh brake caliber recall. …”
