“The contact owned a 2005 Monaco Coach Dynasty rv equipped with goodyear g470rv tires, size: 295/80r22 (na). While driving 68 MPH, the front passenger tire vibrated. The contact stated that the tire blew out and detached from the wheel. As a result, the vehicle went off the road into an embankment. The contact was unaware if the air bags deployed. A police report was filed. The contact sustained multiple broken bones in both legs and two broken bones in the right hand. Medical attention was required. The vehicle was destroyed and towed. …”
