“Consumer was unable to have the tire recall 04v037000 repaired because when he called the manufacturer's telephone number there was a recording that gave another telephone number to call. When the consumer called the other number it connected him to a flower shop. Also, consumer had been trying for a month to call the dealer to have recall repairs performed, but was unable to obtain the dealers telephone number.”

The consumer was told that they will send the replacement tire to a dealership in their state. It has been 3 months and the dealership hasn't received the replacement tires and the manufacturer is not returning the consumer's calls. The consumer finally received a call from the manufacturer who stated that the dealer would contact him to set up a date to replace the tires. The consumer hasn't received that call yet.”
