Some coaches equipped with both the SilverLeaf system and a TRC transfer switch (model 40350RVC-40350RVC3) may receive a warning on the SilverLeaf touchscreen that reads “transfer switch 0-0 failure unknown.” This is a false warning caused by the TRC transfer switch program code.

In most cases, the 10 amp fuse installed by the factory is sufficient. However, some coaches equipped with a ShurFlo water pump (Newmar part # 127488) blow the 10 amp water pump fuse.

Certain 2018 New Aire coaches with floorplan 3343 may have lights under the medicine cabinet wired to the switch located in the accent light panel in the bedroom. This bulletin is to inform service personnel so they can take the necessary steps to correct the condition if the customer has complained or requested for the lights to be operated using the bathroom light switch instead of the bedroom accent light panel.
• 10152495Oct 9, 2018Equipment. Newmar has created a product improvement for air conditioner plenums installed in New Aire coaches. A newly designed plenum will improve air flow from the bedroom A/C vents.

This will only apply to coaches equipped with an HDMI/ CAT6 splitter AND the customer has installed a Geni-type satellite receiver. Torque the mounting bolts (if needed) to 30 ft. pounds. A ground cable may also be installed to improve the overall grounding of the HWH pump assembly.
• 10117938Aug 17, 2017Equipment. Riverpark, Inc. has recently discovered an issue with some of their SD cards that may make the dash radio freeze, run slow, and/or reboot. After testing, Riverpark believes that some of the Kingston SD cards were defective from the factory.
