Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“On the morning of Saturday, January 31st, we went to get in the vehicle and saw that the back hatch window had begun to shatter. It did not appear to be caused by vandalism or that it had been hit by any objects. Therefore, I did not report it to the police. I did report to my insurance. I took it to a Safelite AutoGlass repair shop and they agreed that it was a very unusual break. The glass did continue to break and came out completely. They put a crash wrap on it that day and today totally replaced the glass.”
