“The outer edges of the two front tires continues to feather (wear off unevenly) and the vehicle continues to pull to the right after three attempts to repair the defect by the Nissan dealer. This is a serious safety hazard according to two certified mechanics. As a result, we have not been able to fully utilize the vehicle as indicated by the low odometer reading (less the 7,000 miles after a year).”

While driving 65 MPH, the rear driver's side tread separated from the tire and damaged the side panel of the vehicle and the rear fender. There was no crash and the contact did notice any differences in the vehicle prior to the failure. The tires have not been diagnosed by the dealer. The tire size was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 72,000. Updated 07/29/08. Updated 08/05/08.”
