Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“AEB light blinks randomly (but not illuminated steadily). Dealer has cleared numerous times in the 17,000 miles since new purchase but I still experience this dash light blinking. Dealer has told me this is normal due to road conditions. I'm irritated that this dash light is even installed for me to ignore it blinking while I'm driving. Why Nissan? Why can't this feature removed or turned off permanently? When would I even know that my vehicle has a real problem indicated by the AEB blinking dash light; which of course based on dealer lack of information would occur AFTER warranty has expired.”
