“Radio head unit cuts out randomly not allowing sound to the speakers. Have to continually reboot radio, often times more than 3 times, for it to work. It happens when stationary, still basically at any time”
NHTSA complaint #11311952, filed 2020-02, 6,500 miles“On 12.102025 the panoramic sunroof exploded while I was driving home, with my son in the car. Out of no where it was this huge explosive sound that, sounded like a gun shot or something. It was day time the sun out just driving along. The dealer did not state anything was wrong with the sunroof. I purchased this vehicle in November of 2025. The sunroof was not inspected upon purchase it was explained that they only inspected the engine, abiding by basic inspection protocol. No warning lamps or anything was on and all warning lights work. …”
NHTSA complaint #11704475, filed 2025-12“The back sunshade cover for the back panorama sunroof juat snapped. A couple of plastic parts were found on the floor. The sunroof was not open at the time it just snapped while driving. I took it to the dealership and they stated it wasn’t under warranty and it would cost over $3000 to replace. For a sunshade that seemed pretty pricey. The sunroof hasn’t been open in month or years.”
NHTSA complaint #11671083, filed 2025-07“The warning light for AEB lights with IFC is on won't go off and Radio turns up loud on its on and volume goes out and USB port in front has stopped working. Radio has done this several times. Normally resetting Radio will fix Radio problem but it's not working now. I don't know why the AEB light is on.”
