“The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated while driving approximately 50 MPH, the hood was raising up but did not open all the way. The contact stated that she was able to see the hood moving up and down. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or independent mechanic to be diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that she had informed the dealer of the issue and was informed that the issue was normal. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact was relating the failure to an unknown recall for 2013-2016 Nissan Pathfinders. The VIN was not available. …”
