“3 of the 5 tires that came on the vehicle have failed, forming severe blebs. 1 ruptured. The first was last year. The other 2 occured on 05/05/04. The vehicle jack broke while the ruptured tire was being changed. There are less than 12,000 miles on the vehicle.”

While driving 25 MPH, the tread completely separated from the front driver side tire. The contact lost control of the vehicle, but was able to pull over and replace the tire. He took the tire to a tire shop and was informed that the failure was due to a manufacturer defect. The current and failure mileages were 58,000.”
