The steering wheel does not need to be replaced when replacing the steering wheel switches. The steering wheel switches are replaced as a set and cannot be replaced separately. Whenever replacing the steering wheel switches for any reason, do NOT replace the steering wheel.

A single thunk noise may be heard during the first few accelerations of the day from this type of mount, and is considered normal operation. The mount has also been designed with built-in free play that is normal.
