“My vehicle was in a car accident 4-2-2015. Mercury insurance lisa openshaw failed to investigate the underbody of the car in the rear. Shocks were bent inwards in the rear and never repaired by mercury. I had the shocks repaired. Along with the estimates of repair lisa openshaw threatened me by stating that mercury paid for repairs twice duplicating labor on same matters. She tried to say the damages on the inside did not matter and damages on the outside was all that mattered. She also tried to violate the law to say I could not use my own repair facilities. …”

Hood, front bumper and front grill need a complete replacement due to damage. Although driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, moderate neck and back injuries were sustained. Air bags failed to deploy.”

The impact was on the front drivers side and the front fender and other parts of the front bumper. The disturbing part of this is that the airbag did not deploy. The policeman and tow truck driver were very concerned that the airbag did not employ. She could have been seriously injured. She appears to be sore at this point.”
