Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My drivers seat is falling apart it has been this way for at least a year it is now starting to cut me and tear my clothes took it to the dealership and they said it was under warranty but I would have to pay half of the cost witch is $550 I know others with this same issue but why should we have to pay for this problem. Also my when I'm driving my truck the truck whines when I stare right to left or left to right my truck is 3 years old and it sounds like it's falling apart whenever you go over any bumps, for the price of this vehicle I shouldn't have problems like this.”
