The contact tried to contact pep boys , and they told consumer to contact baha motor sport. The contact contacted baha motor sport, and they gave him another phone number to call. Also, contacted nikota USA group, was told they were no longer in business. No crashes. No police reports. No fire departments called.”

“Vehicle's starter would not engage the flywheel. When the vehicle was taken home and on the first day the consumer noticed that there was no measurable amount of oil in it. After the consumer had the vehicle for four days he was thrown to the pavement and broke his shoulder. After careful inspection of the vehicle, the consumer found two nuts on the front axel had never been tightened. The wheel was so loose, it was impossible to control the vehicle at speeds between 5-15 MPH. The consumer had to order an new starter because the dealer had no parts for the vehicle. …”
