“Failure on the passenger's side seat track, when driving the passenger's side seat does not lock, causing the passenger side seat to move forward when the vehicle is in motion. The latch at the back of front seats does not catch, this allows the seat back to foward at any time, the manufacturer calims this is a feature design called easy entry.”

NHTSA complaint #804493, filed 1996-11

“Bucket seat frame tears like paper instead of metal, leaving the seat loose and nothing holding it. Consumer feels this is a safety hazard, contacted dealer. But they said consumer would have to go to an upholstery shop.”
