“While my 13 year old daughter was throwing a temper tantrum (which I don't necessarily condone) in the rear passenger's side seat, the seat came out of its support tracks. While this did not cause an injury, I am afraid that an actual collision would cause much more severe jerking in the seat, and result in the passenger being thrown inside the van and being injured. The seat had come completely loose as if it were to be stowed away.”
NHTSA complaint #703021, filed 1999-02“Sliding door on passenger side locked up trapping passenger inside. Door cannot be opened manually or electronically. A loud buzzing noise then a thud was heard prior. Can't open door any way now scary.”
NHTSA complaint #11424900, filed 2021-07“The driver side seat back broke, and seat continued to lean back to the right. Dealer said it wa sdue to poor design, if fixed it will reoccur. Ealer has seen vehicle at least 8 times.”
