Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“As I was stepping on the accelerator, I heard two pops and somehow the car lost its torque/pull. Check engine light came on. Went to the dealership and they said the high pressure fuel pump is broken and it cracked. There seems to be a recall for 2015 to 2018 models, but not 2020 models. My car only has 13000 miles too. Safety wise, I felt endangered since the car couldn't accelerate properly.”
