Roush performance products, inc. Is recalling 81 model year 2010 ford mustangs manufactured between april 9, 2009, and july 15, 2009, and that were altered by roush to include a sport brake kit option. The caliper anchor plate mounting bolts may become loose or dislodged during operation.

Possible consequence

This failure may result in a loss of stopping performance, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash.

Remedy

Roush will notify owners and repair the vehicles free of charge. The safety recall began on july 24, 2009. Owners may contact roush at 1-866-307-6788.
