What NHTSA recorded

The involved vehicles have "bay windows" which may not remain secure under certain conditions. A sharp turn or stress maneuver could throw a passenger against the window with sufficient impact to force the window out.

Remedy

Dealer will install a set of four clips, two on either side of the window, between the glass and the outer metal frame to provide additional support for the bay window.
