What NHTSA recorded

During vehicle assembly the following may not have been sufficiently tightened: the four setscrews securing the steering rack mounting frame to the sub-frame; four nuts and bolts securing engine front mount cross-members to the sub-frame; two setscrews securing the inner ball joint bracket to the steering rack; and three countersunk setscrews securing the steering wheel to its hub.

Remedy

The dealer will tighten bolts and screws to the proper specifications, at no cost to owner.
