What NHTSA recorded

The involved vehicles were equipped with incorrect tire flaps which allow the inner tube to protrude through the rim valve opening. Chafing and possible sudden loss of air can result.

Remedy

The dealer will inspect and, if necessary, replace tire flaps free of charge.
