Stationary rear windows instead of emergency exit type were installed. Also, drivers door as an emergency exit, was not properly identified and labeled.

Possible consequence

Buses do not comply with fmvss 217.

Install emergency exit type window in rear of bus. Install emergency exit labeling for drivers door.
