Vehicle description: van trailers. These trailers do not comply with requirements of fmvss no. 223, "rear impact guards." the rear impact guards should be reinforced to improve their performance in collisions.

Possible consequence

In the event of a crash, the rear impact guards may not properly protect the vehicle.

Remedy

Owners will be provided with a free reinforcement kit and installation instructions.
