2008: “I was turning on a left on a major street to small street. Alll cars in the opposite direction was stopped due to a street light a block away. It was a 2 lane street along with street curb parking. Both cars on each lane had stopped for me n as I was turning left another car appeared suddenly and as I pressed the break it didn't work right causing me hit the car”

2009: “When passing another vehicle I stepped on the gas pedal too quickly, down shift to passing speed and the gas pedal stuck to the floor. I had to shift into neutral and pull the pedal back up with my toe. This has happened about 4 times in the past, each time when stepping on gas pedal quickly to pass. Fortunately, I do not need to speed up quickly to pass often.”

NHTSA complaint #10584826, filed 2014-04, 78,000 miles

2012: “My battery went dead while I was at work as I had left the lights on. When it was time to go home, I was unable to unlock my doors with the key fob. There was one place to unlock the door manually and it was the driver door. I unlocked that and reached over to unlock the passenger door. I reached back to unlock the rear doors from the inside and was unable to do so. There was no way to open the rear doors. If there would have been anyone in the rear of the car they would not have been able to get out. I find this a huge scary safety problem. …”
