“The contact owns a 2015 Subaru Impreza. While driving at an unknown speed, the front hood flew up without warning. The hood was pushed back down and the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was determined that the hood might not be closed properly. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 13,800.”
