2019: “I parked my car in a grocery store parking lot for 30 minutes. When I got back in the car, there was a large 't' shaped crack- about 12 inches in height and 10 inches wide- from the base of the windshield up. My windshield had not experienced any rocks or blows from driving before parking- this was a spontaneous crack with no reason for occurring.”
NHTSA complaint #11399714, filed 2021-03, 47,000 miles2021: “I bought a new car in december 2020. One day in jan 2021, I noticed that the battery had died. I jump started it and then in february 2021, I had to jumpstart it 3 times. At least the last instance, I was careful to check no interior lights were on, and it still happened. I went to the dealer and they replaced the battery. I hope that fixes it.”
