2016: “Ever since I bought my 2016 Tesla Model X I have been having problems with the mcu (main screen) it keeps freezing up, it won't respond to my touch commands, I can not change the suspension settings, driving settings, climate control, disabling pin and everything that is related to the screen which is basically all functions of the vehicle. …”

2017: “The car shudders when accelerating. I have had the front half shafts replaced twice and now the shudder is back again. They say they are aware of this, as well as the noise that the steering mechanism makes, and the fact that the Model X wipers don't work, but I have to pay to get all these things fixed since it's out of warranty.”

NHTSA complaint #11388533, filed 2021-01, 48,000 miles

2020: “While driving the car - the car's central computer rebooted. When this happens the music stops, all the screens (center console + driver display) go black. I was not using any autopilot functionality during this time. I'm curious what would have happened if I was. It takes about 30 seconds for the driver display to fully recover. I have a video of this in action.”
