“The contact owns a 2006 Thor California Tahoe. The contact received recall notice number 07v282000 (latches/locks/linkages:doors:latch). Prior to receiving the notice, the failure had already occurred. She notified numerous dealers in her area, but they no longer work in conjunction with the manufacturer. The contact notified thor industries and they stated that they would fax her a copy of how to remedy the recall. Therefore, she would be able to take the vehicle to any dealer on the repair list to have it serviced. The contact never received the fax. The engine size was unknown. …”
