“I discovered a safety concern when performing a safety check on my rv. When the rv pop-up is in travel position, the trailer?s 12 volt dc battery is being charged when connected to the tow vehicles battery/charging system. The rv manufacture?s slide-out design in the closed travel position does not allow the oxygen and hydrogen gases (highly explosive) from being vented to the exterior (rvia battery code).”
