“The contact owns a 2015 Volkswagen CC. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the back over prevention camera failed to display an image. Additionally, the brake lights and turn signals failed to operate as needed, and the electronic trunk latch was inoperable. Upon inspection, the contact discovered that the trunk wiring harness was damaged from wire fatigue, caused by the opening, and closing of the trunk lid. The contact replaced the wiring harness. The electronic trunk latch mechanism was not replaced. …”
