“The contact owns a 2007 Volkswagen Touareg tdi. Whenever the contact used the vehicle heat or air conditioner exhaust fumes came through the interior vents into the vehicle. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact has experienced the failure since the vehicle was purchased. The current and failure mileages were 49920. Updated 05/18/10.
