  Reported issue: The threaded insert which attaches the safety belt catch to the front seat was incorrectly manufactured.

  Possible consequence: This condition can reduce restraining capability ofthe safety belt in severe collisions.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace the threaded insert in the affected front seats.

  Reported issue: Some of the jacks supplied with the vehicles do not have the necessary load capacity.

  Possible consequence: A raised vehicle can fall off the jack increasing the likelihood for personal injury or property damage.

  Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace suspect jacks with a jack meeting the load requirements for these cars.
