2010 Volvo S80 Technical Service Bulletins

249 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2010 Volvo S80. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.

Volvo has determined that there is the potential for the VOLVO Iron Mark logo emblem on the radiator grille to peel off. The corrective action is to replace the VOLVO emblem on the radiator grille Iron Mark logo, if the vehicle displays the condition listed in this Quality bulletin.

This document is a Technical Journal: Effective immediately, all 12V batteries may be tested using the hand held battery tester 9513030 (BT3300). The VIDA test is still available but no longer required. For battery replacements under warranty, the code generated by the BT3300 must be manually copied into the repair order text. It must also be printed and attached to the hard copy of the repair order.
