“The sleeper window on our 2007 Volvo VNL truck fell out onto a brand new police car in olahoma city, oklahoma, just west of the city. Driver states that the window is attached by glue only, no screws or rivits. Upon furhter investigation by our fleet, drivers have been instructed not to open sleeper winows. This was to avoid any further porblems such as this incident”
