“The contact owns a 2014 Volvo VNL. The contact stated while driving at approximately 55 MPH, the steering wheel seized without warning. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the drag link in the steering needed to be replaced.the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 229,000.”
